How to get the BAA
Fathom’s Terms incorporate the BAA at fathom.ai/baa when HIPAA applies to you. For a separately signed BAA, email [email protected], per a March 2025 help article.
What we couldn’t confirm
Fathom’s Terms name no plan limit, but its pricing ties BAA wording to Team and above. Confirm which applies to your plan. The BAA also allows PHI use outside the US, subject to limitations it doesn’t define.

This isn’t legal advice. A BAA is one requirement. Your clinic still has to set the tool up correctly and control who has access. Vendors change their terms, so confirm with the vendor before you sign. PHI means protected health information, which includes patient data.
