Proof from the vendor
- AI at CalendlyNot designed for HIPAA, PHI should not be submitted, BAAs do not apply, AI features not for regulated data
- Customer Terms and ConditionsCustomers warrant that their data contains no PHI or HIPAA-covered information
- BAA/HIPAA compliance (Calendly Community)Calendly community manager post of 17 July 2026 states no BAA is currently offered and no date is committed
This isn’t legal advice. A BAA is one requirement. Your clinic still has to set the tool up correctly and control who has access. Vendors change their terms, so confirm with the vendor before you sign. PHI means protected health information, which includes patient data.
